Custom and DIY orders
Bracelets assembled to your measurements, made-to-order combinations, and opened DIY kits are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or want to swap an eligible item, start with a return request first. Once your original item is approved, we will guide you through the fastest exchange option available.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We prioritize replacements and full refunds for verified fulfillment issues.
